How to Change/Cancel Your Appointment If You Lose your Confirmation ID

* Please note that applicants who do not need to cancel/change their appointments should not use this form to request their Confirmation ID. Please access here to reprint your current appointment letter.

If you lose your confirmation ID for your interview appointment or wish to change or cancel your existing appointment, you can request your confirmation ID using the below form. We will send the confirmation ID to you by email within 1-2 business days.

Please use this confirmation ID to access the online appointment system to change/cancel your appointment and print out the new appointment confirmation. Applicants are not allowed to enter the Embassy’s Consular Section without the official appointment confirmation letter.
