Education Advice
In order to assist Cambodian students seeking opportunities for study abroad in the U.S., in 1997 the Public Affairs Section Established an agreement with the Royal University of Phnom Penh to maintain and Educational Advising Center on site at the university.
The center offers a collection of educational advising materials from a variety of U.S.-based institutions, and also offers prospective students Internet access in order to search for additional information on universities and colleges in the United States. The Educational Advising Center provides information on scholarships sponsored by the U.S. Government as well as scholarships and grants provided by other private foundations. The Educational Advising Center is also the only place in Cambodia where the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is administered. The Public Affairs Section provides the Royal University of Phnom Penh with educational materials and financial support for Internet access.

TOEFL Test Schedule
