Passport Renewal

                All applicants must appear in person to apply for a passport renewal. It takes ten working days to get a new passport after submitting the application.

Passport Renewal For Adults

Please download the application form here DS-82, DS-11

1.       Submit current or expiring passport

  1. Two recent 2x2" (5x5 cm) photos with white or off-white background
  2. If your present passport was valid for 10 years, complete form DS-82. If your present passport was only valid for five years, complete form DS-11 (do not sign)
  3. USD 75 or USD 100 if use form DS-11

Passport Renewal For Children

Please download the application form here DS-11, DS-3053 (Statement of Consent).       Submit current passport and birth certificate/ Consular Report of Birth Abroad/adoption decree, the documents should be either original or certified copy

2.       Two recent 2 x2” (5x 5 cm) photos with white or off-white background

3.       Parents’ or guardians’ passports

4.       USD 85

 

Both parents or legal guardians must sign the application in front of the Consular Officer. If one parent or legal guardian is not present, he or she must submit a notarized statement of consent form (DS-3053).
