Non-Immigrant Visas
The Non-Immigrant section is open between Monday to Thursday between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All applicants should appear at the Embassy at the time selected for their scheduled interview date. No applicants will be admitted after 9:00 a.m. Applicants not appearing during this time period must schedule a new interview.

Immigrant and Fiancé Visas
Applicants who have received an appointment letter with an interview date should arrive at the Embassy by 7:00 a.m. on the date specified in their appointment letter. Applicants who have been requested to provide additional information after their interview may bring the requested information to the Embassy between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Applicants who have not received an interview date, or have not been specifically asked to submit further evidence by a consular officer, will not be admitted.
Note: K-1 and K-3 applicants should NOT use the online appointment system. K-1 and K3 applicants will be contacted and scheduled for an appointment by the consular section.
American Citizen Services
Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Consular Section is closed for both American and Cambodian holidays and is closed to the public on Fridays. However, the American Citizen Services unit will assist U.S. citizens with emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. U.S. citizens with emergencies should call the Embassy’s main number, 023-728-000. Please note that routine matters such as visa inquiries, notarials or replacement pages for passports do not constitute emergencies.
Penalties for Misrepresentation
Please keep in mind that your signature on any visa application form is your guarantee that all information you provide is true and correct. You are personally and legally responsible, even if a travel agent or someone else prepares documents for you. Any fraudulent documents or misleading statements may result in your permanent ineligibility for any future visa.

Please note that the Consular Section does not deal with visa brokers. Anyone who claims they can guarantee visa issuance or expedite visa processing is lying. The Consular Section treats allegations of fraud or malfeasance in visa processing very seriously.
